Showcase your best work: the promo that fills a quiet week
Becoming a featured stylist on All Done is the fastest way to fill a quiet week. Clean photos, real reviews, and a bookable profile. Here is how to earn the spotlight and keep it.

Every week, All Done highlights a handful of stylists as Featured. A featured badge means your profile appears at the top of customer search results, your work shows up in recommendations, and your quiet-day slots are the first ones clients see. It is the single biggest lever for filling a slow week, and it is not awarded by luck. It is earned by the habits below.
How to become a featured stylist
Featured status goes to stylists who make the platform work for their clients. That means a complete profile, a portfolio of clean photos, a track record of bookings that ran smoothly, and reviews that back it all up. Nothing exotic, just the basics, done consistently.
- Complete every section of your profile: services, pricing, availability, location, and portfolio. Half-filled profiles never get featured.
- Send every client back to All Done to book. When repeat clients book through the app, it tells the platform you are a stylist worth surfacing.
- Ask for a review after every appointment, while the look is still fresh. Five short, specific reviews outperform one long one.
- Deliver the kind of customer service that earns those reviews: on time, communicative, calm, and consistent.
- Upload good-quality photos and short videos of your work. Natural light, plain background, and the same three angles every time.
Send your clients back to the platform
A DM booking is a one-off. An All Done booking is a regular. When clients rebook through the platform, the appointment is confirmed, the deposit is handled, and the reminders run themselves. No back and forth, no forgotten slots, no awkward chase for payment. A simple line works: "I keep everything in All Done so my calendar stays honest. Mind rebooking through there?" Most clients appreciate the structure.
Ask for the review, every time
Reviews are the quiet engine behind a featured profile. Ask in person, at the end of the appointment, while the mirror moment is still happening. A short script: "If you loved it, a quick review on All Done would mean a lot. It is how new clients find me." Aim for one per appointment for a month and your profile will look very different by the end of it.
Good customer service is the whole promo
No photo can rescue a bad experience. Reply to messages within the day. Confirm the appointment the night before. Start on time. Offer water. Explain what you are about to do before you do it. Walk the client through aftercare at the end. These are the invisible details that turn into five-star reviews and featured status.
Shoot your work in fifteen minutes
Face the window. Phone at eye level. Take four shots: front, side, back, and one close-up of the detail you are proudest of: the parting, the edge, the finish. Avoid filters. Upload the cleanest three to your All Done portfolio and post two on social. A short ten to fifteen second video panning around the finished look is worth more than any still. It shows movement and texture in a way photos cannot.
“Featured is not a reward for the loudest stylists. It is a reward for the most reliable ones.”
